- Corio house value goes DOWN not UP
- we can save more money
- get settled in full time jobs before we make anything permanent
- get bigger loan with 2 incomes -- be able to pay it easier too
- building house option sounds better to me: can choose where we live, how we want the plans, and for about the same price as another good house that we would most definitely have to make changes to
- buy in a place we can afford and where value goes UP
